Non c'entra una bega, puoi anche avere un monitor con una frequenza di aggiornamento di 30Hz ma se il tuo sistema riesce ad inviargli millemila fotogrammi al secondo fai comunque millemila fps.

No, il cavo che collega il pc al monitor non supporta i millemila fps e esplode. E' a livello di scheda video.
