Problema Shiginima Launcher v2000: Non si apre e mi da' un errore

Salve a tutti. Un po' di tempo fa ho installato Windows 7 al posto di XP. Avevo voglia di giocare a Minecraft, così ho scaricato Shiginima Launcher ma una volta aperto mi dà questo problema (Dal report):

Diciamo che fa abbastanza schifo come scheda video,prova ad aggiornarli usando il pannello di controllo però difficilmente funzionerà

Esiste anche l'autoinstaller di intel
