Ciao a tutti,sono Xenon

Oggi vorrei parlarvi di un problema che ho visto per la prima volta oggi pomeriggio verso le 14:30,

come al mio solito avevo aperto Minecraft SP per entrare in un server,clicco il tasto per entrare ed entra,prima di poter loggare(quindi 2-3 secondo dopo essere entrato) Minecraft si chiude,dandomi questo errore:

Non so più che fare,ho già provato ad reinstallare Java (7 a 32 Bit),se entro sul singleplayer stessa cosa,grazie per avermi ascoltato.

P.S. Nella schermata nascosta vedrete che come mod ho solo la Optifine;poi non avevo ancora loggato quindi non è presente la mia password,infine vorrei dire che non ho mai riscontrato questo errore

P.S.S: credo di aver capito il perchè di questo errore,ho 2 possibili soluzioni:

1)Troppo lag e carenza di fps

2)Memoria insufficiente del pc

In questi 2 casi potreste dirmi che programmi scaricare e/o cosa eliminare?
